1. No overpage fee, no early bird/student/team registration discount

2. If you choose this option, please contact the secretary of the conference after the manuscript is accepted and paid; and when signing the copyright, you need to choose to pay the layout fee to the publishing house by yourself [The standard is $350, ACM members are $250, and Open plan unit members (corresponding author units) are free]

3. When submitting, you can first check whether the corresponding author unit is an Open plan unit. Check the link: https://libraries.acm.org/acmopen/open-participants

4. If you choose to pay for APC, but the actual payment of the layout fee is not completed, which will affect the publication of the article, you will be responsible for it yourself.

We are well aware that this price will make it impossible for most scholars to afford and accept, so we have made every effort to negotiate with the publishing house many times to apply for the adjustment range, and actively apply for the conference technical support platform funding subsidy. Registration

Details of the registration fees

1.At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

2.Registration fees for DECS2025 Regular is 690 USD / 4600 CNY per paper.

3.If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 8) is 60 USD / 400 CNY.

4.Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

5.The registration fee does not include:  ① Accommodation  ② Visa application fee   ③ Transportation fare.

6.Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7.And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

8.If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
